18-month labour warranty
The labour on every job we carry out is guaranteed for 18 months. If something we installed isn't right within that time, we come back and put it right — no quibble, no charge for the work.

5-year parts & materials warranty
On top of the labour guarantee, the parts and materials we supply and fit are warranted for five years. Between the two, you're covered well beyond the point most jobs are simply forgotten about.

Free initial quote & site visit
Your first quote and site visit are free. David comes out, looks at the job properly, and gives you a clear, factual price before any work is agreed — so you know exactly what's involved and what it costs.

Certified to NAPIT standard, in writing
Work is completed to BS 7671 and the Building Regulations, and handed over with the right certificate — a minor works certificate, an installation certificate, or an EICR. As a NAPIT Competent Person Scheme member, notifiable domestic work is self-certified to Part P, so you never pay a separate building-control inspection fee.

The right accreditation for the job
EV charger? We're OZEV-approved. Solar and battery? We're MCS-certified. General electrical work? NAPIT registered and Checkatrade verified. The accreditation that governs your job is one we actually hold — not a badge borrowed for the footer.

Honest pricing, no upsell
Our rates are published up front — £88/hr inc. VAT standard (8am–6pm) and £154/hr inc. VAT for evening and emergency work (6pm–midnight). Customers describe the approach as factual guidance with no sales language and no upsell, and that's exactly how we mean to keep it.
